As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will carry out our mission to improve the experience of aging together by managing and coordinating organization-wide efforts to ensure that recruitment and retention programs are developed and managed using a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements that align with strategic initiatives.

What will I do as a Talent Acquisition Manager?

  • Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals.
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain data gathered to inform recruitment and retention programs.
  • Research and assist in the development of programs that focus on enabling the workforce to achieve improvements in recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
  • Serve as business partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Develop, initiate, and maintain effective programs for workforce retention.
  • Lead the recruitment and corporate onboarding process. Conduct presentations and training.
  • Ensure that organization-wide talent management initiatives are focused and aligned with improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Recruit, full-time, part-time, prn, temporary and contractual team members. Manage the full life cycle recruitment (post, source, pre-screen, schedule, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc. Complete hiring process within defined metrics to minimize overall time to start.
  • Develop appropriate marketing strategies to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment lifecycle while minimizing cost per hire.
  • Use data from HRIS to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pool and translate those data into insights through analysis that drives deliberate recruitment action plans.
  • Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Works with management to ensure a timely understanding of current and future workforce needs and implement improvements to staffing processes including sourcing and selection.
  • Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Manages the applicant tracking system.
  • Lead team member branding efforts, team member website, social media platforms and other recruitment initiatives
  • Coordinate new hire orientation surveys.
  • Responsible for job advertising in various media and coordinates the development of recruitment materials.

What is required in this position?

  • A minimum of five years' recruiting experience is required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in human resources, preferably in a health care setting.
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Human Resource Management or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment laws.
  • SHRM/PHR certification preferred.
  • Competencies: Problem Solving, Customer Service, Interpersonal, Leadership, Planning/Organizing, Professionalism, Adaptability, Dependability, Initiative, Innovation, Computer and Technical skills.
  • Knowledge of ATS, HRIS, payroll and word Processing systems.
